Proceed as follows if the MDM commands are not executed:
- Check if the iPad is connected to the Internet. You can, for example open the Safari browser abacus.ch. If the page cannot be opened, make sure you are connected to the Internet.
- In the AbaClock Monitor (https://monitoring.abaclock.ch) execute the command "Synchronise iPad" in the MDM functions.
If the MDM commands continue to have the status "Queued" or even "Aborted" after more than an hour, please check the following possible issues:
- Has the network infrastructure changed so that the Apple iPad can no longer be reached with the commands? This would mean that the ports are blocked or the IP from Apple is blacklisted or not whitelisted.

- Nothing has changed.
In this case execute a hard reset on the iPad. To do this, press the Off button and the Home button on the iPad simultaneously for approx. 10 seconds. Afterwards, you MUST make a network request by opening www.abacus.ch in Safari or starting AbaClock.
Note
If Guided Mode is active, the AbaClock app is automatically opened after the restart. - After approx. one minute, execute the command "Synchronise iPad" again in the AbaClock Monitor in the MDM functions.
