How can an organisation connect to the Abacus ERP system?
The organisation can be connected either in the "AbaClock 2" app or, if MDM is activated on the terminal, in the AbaClock Admin Tool.
Connect organisation with ERP via AbaClock Admin Tool:
- Start the AbaClock admin tool:https://admin.abaclock.ch
- Sign in with your Abacus Cloud account.
- On the left side, select the catalogue of the desired organisation.
- Enter the corresponding AmID under "Connection to Abacus Server". The connection can then be made via the lightning symbol.
- You will be taken to the Abacus ERP login.
Log in with the corresponding Abacus user.
Note
We recommend using the administrator to log on to Abacus ERP Systems and to access the client.
If this is not possible, then a user with Payroll access rights or project-specific time entry access rights can be used. - By clicking the "Allow" button you grant the Abacus Cloud access to the corresponding client of the ERP system.
Note
If necessary, you can disconnect an existing connection to the Abacus ERP system via the struck-through lightning symbol.
Connect organisation to ERP on the iPad in the "AbaClock 2" app

- Select the button "Connect" and log in with a user of the Abacus ERP system in the following mask.
