The badge can be entered manually in the personnel base of the Abacus ERP system or read in using the "EVIS Floh" mini-reading unit.
If the badges are stored in the personnel base of the Payroll accounting in the "Project management" or "Time recording" catalogue in the "AbaClock-ID" field, they are transferred from the personnel base via the "Abacus employee" function when the master data is updated to AbaClock in the "Master data" catalogue.
For AbaClock 2, the token ID must always be updated in the personnel base. If the token ID is updated to AbaClock, it is overwritten by the value in the personnel base of the Abacus ERP system when the employee master data is updated to AbaClock, provided an ID is stored there.

Using the AbaClock Admin Tool, the badge or token IDs of the employees are downloaded as a CSV file, prepared as an interface file and imported into the Abacus ERP. This is useful if the badge IDs have only been entered in AbaClock and are not yet recorded in the "AbaClock ID" field of the personnel master.
