Each employee needs his or her own token/badge to be able to clock in and out at the terminal.
If the tokens/badges are not already assigned to the employees in the personnel base of the Abacus ERP system with the mini-reading unit EVIS Floh, the assignment can be made in the app "AbaClock" via the employee details.
Note
For AbaClock 3, the badge IDs are transferred directly to the personnel master and stored in the "AbaClock ID" field.
Register Token/Badges in AbaClocK
The employee details are displayed in the "Employees" catalogue by selecting the desired employee.
After selecting the "Register token" function, the token/badge is registered by holding it against the Reader/iPad terminal.
If the badge is recognized, the employee details will be automatically shown and the badge number will be viewable under "Register token". Employee data is then saved using the Save button on the upper right of the screen.
